Da Baffetto. Here I tried different kinds of pizza and homemade desserts.
Alfredo. The name tells you what I tried here.
Archetto (Le). I tried Spaghetti, and they had some side dishes such as stuffed mushrooms and sausages.
Quinzi Gabrielli. Here I tried Fish and Shellfish.
Der Pallaro. One of their specialties here is cheese and desserts.
Maccheroni. One of their specialties is spaghetti with bacon and onion.
Ristorante Alla Rampa. I tried Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese.
Porto di Ripetta. I tried Swordfish.
Angelino ai Fori Homemade pasta with sauces made from peas, butter, Parmesan, sausage, ham and mushrooms
Al Ceppo. Goat cheese, spaghetti.

First I woke up at 5:00 am on May, 18 2008 so we could catch my flight. We got to the airport at 6:00am so we had 10 minutes to spare. So the time went by and we got on to our plane, it was awesome because we got to have first class because someone cancelled out, so we got it.

So we landed in Rome Italy at 7:45 am the next day I didn’t sleep a lot so I was very tired. First we went and picked up our rental car because that is our main transportation. I wanted to go to the room and go to sleep but my mom said that we had to eat breakfast at Dal Bolognese. It was famous for its homemade pastas and delectable fish recipes. After we got done eating breakfast we went back to the room and put our stuff away. Then to the Galleria Borghese we went which is an art studio. After we looked at all of the beautiful paintings in the gallery we went back to the hotel and took a nap. Then when we got done taking a nap we went and ate at Da Baffetto here I tried the homemade desserts and pizza. Then after we were done eating we went to the San Silvestro in Capite which is a church. We went back to the hotel and went swimming. Then the last thing that we did that day was go to supper. We went to Alfredo which was delectable, because they’re alfredo was awesome.

The next was also really busy because we went to a lot of places. First we ate breakfast at Archetto was very good. At their place they have stuff like stuffed mushrooms and sausages that were very tasty. Then we went home and waited until the pantheon opened. So while we were waiting we went swimming but my mom went to the hot tub. Then we were off to the Pantheon it was awesome because it has a very tall ceiling. Then ate at Quinzi Gabrielli which is a very highly recommended restaurant for people to They have very good Fish and Shellfish. Then after the very appetizing lunch we went home and watched a movie which was August Rush in which we had brought from home. Then we went to Fontana di Trevi which a very famous fountain in which we threw pennies in. We went back to the hotel and went to the spa because we won a free spa day! Then after the spa we went to dinner which was at the Der Pallaro which was very good. There I tried some cheese and their desserts.

We woke up kind of late so we went to breakfast late. But that was ok because the owner of the Arnaldo ai Satiri said that it was very busy before we had gotten there. I tried some of their Diced beef with bananas and it was ok but it wasn’t the best I had had.Then since we were late we were almost late going to the Trastevere. Which is another church that was meant to be a warehouse is now a church. So after that we went to lunch at Cicala e la Formica which was good. Then we went back to the hotel because there was a very bad storm so we were late for the Coliseum but that was ok because it seemed like a lot of people were late. Then that was only like a half an hour because we were late so that didn’t take long. But then we went back to the hotel and I went on to the internet and played a few games (that was fun!). Then we went to supper, we had supper at Valentino dell’Hotel Valadier. It seems like they put barbeque sauce on everything. Then we went to the hotel and went to sleep.

Today felt like a good day when I woke up because my mom was still sleeping so I went to the computer and checked my email because I was bored. So when I checked my email. I had seen that I haven’t checked my email in like 3 days (that was a long time for me because I liked checked it like everyday.)Then finally I woke my mom up because I was very hungry. So we went to a restaurant called Maccheroni I tried their famous spaghetti with bacon and onion. Then I wanted to go to Piazza Navona is a huge nativity scene that also maintains a fountain. Then we got back to the hotel and I went back to sleep because I guess I got up to early. I don’t remember when I got up I just know that we went straight to lunch. We went to lunch at Ristorante Alla Rampa I tried Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese ( it was gross.) We went back to the hotel and I went swimming with my mom. We were then off to go to Galleria Borghese which is a museum that had a renewed Daphne and Apollo. Then we went to supper so we could get home and pack because we had to leave tomorrow night. So we went and ate at Porto di Ripetta which was a very good restaurant then off we were to the hotel to go to bed.

Today was the day that we had to leave well not really but it was the last day that I was going to be I Rome, Italy so I soaked it up. First we went to breakfast; we ate at Angelino ai Fori there they have Homemade pasta with sauces made from peas, butter, Parmesan, sausage, ham and mushrooms. It was very good! Then we went back to the room and went swimming and then we went to a cool place it was cool. We went to Galleria Borghese that is a gallery. It is very cool and has a lot of pretty sculptures. Then we went to the hotel and packed some more stuff because we had to leave for our flight right away in the morning. Then we went to lunch at Al Ceppo which was famous for its goat cheese on spaghetti. After that we went straight to Musei Vaticani it was also an art gallery type place. Then we went back to the room and packed up the rest of our stuff and then we went to dinner. We went to dinner at Vecchia Roma there we tried fresh seafood and vegetables. Then after that we went to the room and went to sleep.* Z z z z z z! *

Today was the day that we had to leave we left the room at 4:30am so we could get there and not be accidentally late. Finally we were headed home, I mean that I liked Italy but I also missed my home so that was my trip.
